IMC was born in Madrid in 1974. After a few stays between Spain and Italy, he finally stablished himself in Ascoli Piceno, where he lives nowadays. After classic studies, moved for real passion, he focus on photography. In 1998 he enters l’Istituto Europeo di Design di Roma (Roma European Institut of Design) and that year starts to work as assistant in the showbusiness. In 2000 he undertakes a series of tryps in Italy and Europe, focussing his activity on social and geographic photo report. In 2003 he enters GRAZIA NERI photojournalism agency and he makes a very deep and delicate work in Ucrania the following year, reporting the country during the Orange Revolution. The result was displayed at Festival Internazionale di Fotoreportage di Roma (Rome International Festival of Photoreport).Meanwhile he steps up colaboration with national and international magazines (Finalcial Times, Le Monde, SonntagsZeitung, D,la Repubblica delle donne,Sportweek, Cosmopolitan, National Geographic, IL Magazine 24ore.) Living in Italy he often travels to Spain bringing important work with him, taking up a colaboration with Cover agency. At the end of 2006 he decides to focus on both social and political sides of Bankals, especially Kosovo. In 2007 he reports last weeks in Kosovo before the unilateral declaration of independende. This work is displayed in Festival Internazionale di Fotoreportage di Roma. Nowadays he works as a freelance, keeps colaborating with magazines and in the mean time he carries on with a project about european borderland places. In 2011 he was among the finalists of Amilcare Ponchielli (GRIN).
